My first gambeson, it arrived very quickly, and the store was very quick to reach out and make sure of my measurements. So far the gambeson sems to be rather well made with a few cosmetic defects such as the ringlets on the anchor points for the sleeves being a little off with the farbic. However that is not enough to stop a 5 star review for me, The open arm pit design helps keep the heat down and allow for air flow. It works well with my leather armor and would function well under most armor types.
